John V. Myslak

Mr. Myslak assists the development team with managing all aspects of construction from the pre-development conceptual budgeting phase all the way through to completion of the projects. Mr. Myslak has twelve years’ experience as a practicing General Contractor in the states of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. Mr. Myslak has completed construction projects in a wide variety of end use categories that include, but is not limited to, health care, heavy industry, public facilities, secure military installations and more. Mr. Myslak also has experience in a wide variety of construction methods as well that includes masonry, fabricated steel, pile supported structures, wood frame, hollow core flooring systems and much more. This wide variation in project sizes and types gives Mr. Myslak unique insight into the pre-planning, permitting, inspection and close out processes of construction.
Mr. Myslak is an active and dedicated member of his local community having served on multiple boards and committees including the Parks and Recreation Board, Urban Redevelopment Advisory Council, Chairman of the Port Advisory Committee and Civic Center Advisory Committee. Mr. Myslak is also the founder and chairman for Pensacola Training Academy which is an inner city outreach program that is affiliated with Major League Baseball’s RBI program. Mr. Myslak earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Southeast Missouri State University. Mr. Myslak also maintains an unlimited General Contractors license in the state of Florida and regularly attends continuing education seminars to maintain knowledge of the latest systems and procedures.
