Justin Terry serves as Senior Project Manager at The Dawson Company where he supports the development team in business development, strategic advisory, market due diligence, and financial advisory.  Additionally, Mr. Terry manages the company’s financial budgeting and forecasting, serving as an Asset Manager.  

Mr. Terry gained significant transactional experience with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and Ackerman & Co., analyzing over $300 million in multifamily and healthcare assets.  

Mr. Terry earned his Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College and has completed additional coursework through the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.
